COMPETITIVE RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

Gymnastics Australia’s RG National Levels Program includes 10 levels, starting from Level 1 (entry level) to Level 10 (most challenging). Typically, gymnasts start competition program at 6-10 years old and progress one level per year, but some may need 1.5 to 2 years at the same level to master the necessary skills. Occasionally, gymnasts may skip a level due to their rapid improvement, dedication, and skill development.

Our club offers top-quality training for Rhythmic Gymnastics for L1-10 at both State and National Levels. Over the past 8 years, we have developed State and National Champions in each Level up to Level 8.

In addition to Australia’s RG National Levels Program, our club also offers a High Performance stream. This International/Elite stream follows the Federation of International Gymnastics (FIG) code of points and demands a significantly higher level of commitment and competency. Gymnasts who demonstrate exceptional potential, dedication, and perseverance may be selected and invited to join our development or high performance squads, providing them with the opportunity to compete at an elite level.
