DANCE AND RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Our dance and rhythmic gymnastics birthday party is a fantastic way for your child to celebrate their special day with friends. Kids will have a great time together when they dance, play active games and learn fun rhythmic gymnastics tricks with balls, hoops and ribbons.
The party is suitable for boys and girls 4-16 years. It will be designed exclusively for your child: we tailor it to kids age group and your preferences. The party will be conducted by a qualified and experienced gymnastics coach / dance teacher.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
We offer different packages, starting from only $13 per child.
Duration: choose 1 hour or 1.5 hours
Number of children:a flat fee is charged for party up to 15 children. More children can be added for an additional cost.
Format: structured and engaging class that includes lots of dancing, fun activities and games with rhythmic gymnastics equipment (balls, hoops, ribbons).
We provide qualified instructor, sound system, small disco ball (for indoors parties), all necessary musical instruments, rhythmic gymnastics equipment, props and accessories for dancing and games (such as hoops, balls, ribbons, maracas, shimmy skirts, scarves).
Please note, not all the mentioned equipment will be used in one party, depending on program and age group. If you are interested in particular accessories, please inform us in advance.
We also include a special gift for your birthday child, which includes ribbon, temporary tattoo and certificate. All party children will be given high quality stickers (1-hour party) or temporary tattoos (1.5h party). Printable birthday party invitation can be ordered for a small fee.
Cost of party depends on chosen duration, venue and number of invited children and whether you require additional time in our hall to serve guests a food. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
LOCATION AND VENUE
There are variety of choices where you can hold RG and dance party – in your spacious house, or you can hire venue independently, or let us take the job and hire the hall for you.
Party at your house/your venue. Our teachers can travel to your chosen location within Hornsby Shire and to surrounding suburbs within 5km for free. For travelling to more distant locations a reasonable extra fee will be added to total party cost.
If venue is provided by the client, due to safety issues, to conduct dance/RG class we require a level, shady and covered area (in case of wet, rainy weather), spacious enough to comfortably fit all participating children.
If you prefer an easier option, we can hire a venue for you, suitable for Dance/Gymnastics parties. Depending on availability, it will be Beatrice Taylor Hall or Leisure and Learning Centre, Hornsby. Please note, these venues are very popular and usually need to be booked well in advance.

SPECIAL DAY FOR YOUR CHILD
We asked Katya to come and hold a Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance Class for our 7 year old daughter’s birthday party today … and we were bowled over by how fantastic she was!
